  • Kaimas cannot recover lost credentials or access your funds on your behalf.
  • You understand and accept all risks related to using hardware wallets and cryptocurrencies.

Warranty

Each Kaimas device comes with a 2-year limited warranty. For details, visit our warranty page or contact support@kaimas.com.

  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Kaimas Wallet and services in the event of any breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or suspected fraud.
